Orange Show Center for Visionary Art
Executive Director, 2020— 2024
Leading a major 19-acre master campus expansion, and $30 million capital campaign for the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art. Responsible for refining, developing, and implementing a progressive program for the management of the Orange Show Monument, Smither Park, and the Beer Can House and the presentation of OSCVA’s public events, performances, exhibitions, educational activities and community outreach.
Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami

Energized and led all external affairs and daily operations for the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami, a newly built 37,500 square foot contemporary art and culture museum in Miami, Florida. Known for its experimental exhibitions, groundbreaking education and community work, and commitment to the exchange of art and ideas, the museum’s annual attendance surpasses 100,000 local, regional, and international visitors.
Access to art and artist training is inherently biased, I believe that cultural organizations must listen, learn, and reckon with their own institutional histories - in which diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism have not been prioritized.
Cultural leaders must invest in new structures and engagement formats that empower and provide resources to the artists and ideas that need to be heard most and need to be heard now.
